01

Who we are

Interval Studio Lda. (“Interval”, “we”) is a design and technology studio with studios in Lisbon, Rotterdam and Montréal. We are responsible for this website and for the emails you send us.

For anything about your data, write to hello@interval.studio.

02

What this website collects

Nothing directly. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or session recording, and we do not ask you to sign in.

The “you’ve been watching for” counter in the credits and the studio clocks run entirely in your browser. They are not stored or sent anywhere.

03

Hosting and delivery

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the service, and may keep short-lived server logs for that purpose.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the animation libraries load from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr. These providers receive your IP address when your browser requests the files.

04

When you write to us

The project brief form on the contact page sends what you enter (your name, email, optional company, the options you choose and your message) to the studio through Framer, the platform that hosts this site. We use it only to reply to your brief.

When you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not add you to mailing lists and we do not sell or share your details.

05

How long we keep it

Project correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period accounting law requires afterwards. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within twelve months.

06

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
